GLAM CLUB is a free customer club operated by Glamlac OÜ. GLAM CLUB members receive access to member benefits, including a 25% discount on eligible full-price products, as well as product news, launches, special offers and other marketing communications by email.

1. Joining GLAM CLUB

Joining GLAM CLUB is free of charge, optional and is not required to make a purchase at GLAMLAC.com.

To join, you must provide a valid email address and consent to receiving marketing communications from Glamlac OÜ by email.

By joining GLAM CLUB, you agree to these GLAM CLUB Membership & Newsletter Terms and acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy.

After joining, you will receive information about your GLAM CLUB member benefit by email.

2. GLAM CLUB Member Discount

GLAM CLUB members receive 25% off eligible full-price products at GLAMLAC.com.

The member discount is provided after joining GLAM CLUB.

The GLAM CLUB member discount:

  • may be used multiple times;
  • has no minimum order value;
  • has no fixed expiry date;
  • remains available while the GLAM CLUB programme and this member benefit are active.

3. Exclusions

The GLAM CLUB member discount does not apply to:

  • products that are already discounted or offered at a promotional price;
  • shipping or delivery charges;
  • products, collections or special offers where it is specifically stated that the GLAM CLUB discount does not apply.

The GLAM CLUB discount cannot be used as an additional discount on top of another discount code or promotional discount.

During campaigns such as Black Friday, special sales, monthly offers or other promotional periods, the GLAM CLUB discount will not provide an additional 25% discount on products that are already discounted.

4. Use of the Member Benefit

The GLAM CLUB discount is intended as a benefit for GLAM CLUB members.

Glamlac OÜ reserves the right to restrict or disable the use of the member benefit in cases of misuse, technical error, fraud or use that is clearly inconsistent with these Terms.

Any restriction will not affect orders that have already been validly placed and confirmed before the restriction takes effect.

5. Marketing Communications

By joining GLAM CLUB, you consent to receiving marketing communications from Glamlac OÜ by email.

These communications may include:

  • GLAM CLUB member offers;
  • product launches and new arrivals;
  • promotional campaigns;
  • special offers;
  • beauty news and other marketing content related to the products and brands available at GLAMLAC.com.

You can withdraw your marketing consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our marketing emails.

Withdrawing consent does not affect the lawfulness of marketing communications sent before your consent was withdrawn.

6. Unsubscribing from Marketing Communications

You can unsubscribe from GLAM CLUB marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in our emails.

After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive GLAM CLUB newsletters, product news, promotional emails or information about future member benefits and offers.

Certain future GLAM CLUB benefits and offers may be available only to subscribers who are actively subscribed to GLAM CLUB marketing communications at the time the relevant benefit or offer is provided.

Unsubscribing does not affect any orders already placed or any statutory consumer rights.

7. Changes to GLAM CLUB

Glamlac OÜ may amend the GLAM CLUB programme, its benefits, the amount of the member discount or these Terms, or discontinue the programme.

Where a change materially affects existing GLAM CLUB members, reasonable notice will be provided through GLAMLAC.com and/or by email where appropriate.

Changes will not affect orders placed before the relevant change takes effect.

8. Personal Data

Glamlac OÜ processes personal data relating to GLAM CLUB membership and email marketing in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

The Privacy Policy explains, among other things, how personal data is collected and used, the legal basis for processing, how long data is retained, the service providers involved in processing and the rights available to you under applicable data protection law.

You may withdraw your marketing consent at any time.

9. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes any mandatory consumer rights available to you under applicable law.

The GLAM CLUB discount is a voluntary member benefit and does not affect your statutory rights in relation to purchases made at GLAMLAC.com.
